To work in Vinci Studio, you must master the frameworks professionals use.
Note: Not all frameworks are taught in every course. Your program focuses on the ones relevant to your domain.

Top 10-15% of Performers
The Work:
- May work on selected internal brand projects
- Apply BOS frameworks to real deliverables
- Portfolio work may be published with Studio credit
Note: Promotion based on performance, work quality, and consistent application of frameworks. Not guaranteed.
Top 1% (Exceptional Talent)
The Work:
- Paid production roles
- Working alongside senior staff
- Advanced responsibility
Note: Invitation-only opportunity representing less than 5% of students.
